# Feedback

> Submit reproduction details, screenshots, and diagnostics when reporting issues.

When reporting a problem, include enough information for the team to reproduce it. The desktop feedback flow can attach task context and diagnostic logs automatically.

## What to Include

* Time of occurrence
* Operating system and MiniMax Code version
* Reproduction steps
* Expected and actual behavior
* Screenshots or screen recordings
* Optional contact information for follow-up

## How to Submit

Open Feedback from the user menu, Help entry, task top bar, or session menu in the sidebar. If you open it from a task, MiniMax Code automatically attaches the task title, session ID, workspace path, client version, and system information.

Enter a description, optionally add contact information, and review the screenshots. The desktop app attempts to capture the current window automatically; you can also upload images manually, up to 6 screenshots. After submission, use My Feedback to view status or copy the ticket ID.

> Screenshots and diagnostic logs are collected only for troubleshooting. If automatic capture fails because screen recording permission is unavailable, enable it in system settings or upload screenshots manually.
